Daring Woman is a faith-rooted personal development experience for women who want to understand themselves more fully. Together, we examine how experiences have shaped what we believe, how those beliefs influence our responses, and what it might mean to live with greater awareness and intention.
You may be navigating a changing role or season. You may have noticed a pattern in your relationships or decisions that you want to understand. Or you may simply want time to consider who you are beyond the expectations and responsibilities that have occupied so much of your life.

We begin by considering experiences, relationships, expectations, and seasons that have influenced how you understand yourself. The goal is to notice a part of your experience that may help explain something you are facing now.
We look at the relationship between an experience, the meaning you assigned to it, the belief that developed, and the pattern that may have followed. You will have an opportunity to examine one belief and consider whether it still reflects what is true.
We consider the difference between your identity and ways you may have learned to respond in order to belong, meet expectations, maintain connection, or manage a particular season. This movement makes room to acknowledge the woman you have been without assuming every response you learned must continue to define you.
You will identify one belief or pattern you want to respond to differently and one intentional choice to practice moving forward. We bring the reflection back into everyday life, where growth often takes place through choices made over time.
The virtual Daring Woman Experience is designed as a 90-minute gathering with teaching, guided reflection, and time to identify a personal next step. The four movements are supported by an opening welcome and a closing reflection rooted in Isaiah 60:1.
Christian faith is part of the experience, including Scripture and prayer. A reflection guide gives you a place to consider the questions and continue reflecting afterward.
The emphasis is on awareness and personal application. You do not need to arrive with your life figured out or a complete explanation of what you want to change.
Ninety minutes will not answer every question about your life. It can give you a place to begin and a way to continue examining what you notice.
This first virtual Daring Woman Experience is complimentary. Registration is required so you can receive the joining details and reflection guide. There is no obligation to purchase an individual session or another resource.
