A focused conversation about what is influencing your choices and how you want to respond.
Sometimes you know something needs your attention, but you haven't quite understood what is happening or where to begin. You may be facing a decision, adjusting to a changing role, or noticing a response that keeps showing up in your life.
A Daring Woman strategy session gives us 60 minutes to focus on one current concern. Together, we examine the situation, the meaning you may be attaching to it, and the beliefs or expectations that could be influencing your response. We then identify a practical next step that fits what you are facing.
| Offering | Introductory rate | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Individual strategy session | $75 for 60 minutes | Intake review, a focused individual conversation, and identifying a practical next step together. |
| Optional follow-up | $75 during the introductory period | 60 minutes focused on what you tried, what you noticed, and what may need to be adjusted. |
You will complete an intake form about your current concern, a recent example, how it is affecting you, and what would make our time useful. You can also share what you have already tried and whether you would like faith or prayer included in the conversation. You do not need to provide your entire personal history.
We begin by clarifying what you want to address. We explore what happened, what you understood it to mean, and how that understanding may be influencing your choices now. We close by identifying a practical step and considering what may help you follow through.
The goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of the concern, a belief or pattern to pay attention to, and a specific choice to practice. If you choose to continue, follow-up sessions revisit the same concern as you apply what you learned.
These sessions provide personal development guidance. They are not therapy and do not include diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or trauma processing. You may decline a question, ask to pause, or end the session.
If you are planning a gathering for women, a ministry event, or an organizational learning opportunity, share your audience and goals so we can discuss whether my teaching is a fit.
